I love music. I love playing music, composing music, listening to music, reading music…I love music’s capability to move me, or to change my mood in the blink of an eye.
I love ‘animals’ too :) I’m not a big fan of creepy crawlies, but I like dogs, cats, foxes, otters, elephants, birds, butterflies… I just love living things in general really. I just love life!
I love plants! Looking at plants, smelling plants, gardening with plants… even eating plants! :) I love flowers, my favourite is a specific kind of red rose.
I love food! I was brought up to appreciate lots of different kinds of foods, and learned how to cook by watching my Mum and Grandmothers as they danced around the kitchen. In my mind, all important celebrations should be heralded with food.
I love language! I have a natural talent for picking up different languages. I love words, looking at them, reading them, using them to speak, write or play with. I like to use words like a painter likes to use paint.
I love art! Painting, sketching, photography, making crafty things like cards, photo collages…
I love collecting things! I collect scarves, pictures and quotes that I like, accessories like bangles, sunglasses, vases… anything I see that is just “me”.
I love relationships - I am close to my God, my family, my friends, my partner. I love making new friends. I’m always surprised when someone thinks I’m worth spending time with.
I have a photographic memory. I like to know how people “tick”, which makes me want to get to know them intimately - so don’t be surprised if I ask your middle name, your toothbrush colour, your bed size and favourite dessert and drink… it’s all part of me getting to know you!
